Cory and his crew were awesome. We had been waitin' for like 4 months for another company to take down our tree. We called Cory on Tuesday and by Friday, bam, the tree was gone. It wasn't no walk in the park, let me tell ya. We totally recommend 'em.

They came out gave us an amazin quote and an hour later started the work! Cleared 1 tree and cleaned up 2 large trees in the front yard. They did an outstandin job and are worth every penny. Very grateful for their service!

The crew messed up my house and stuff when they were working on the neighbor's tree. They said they would give us a deal on our tree work and fix the damage to our house, yard, and garden. It's been more than a week and they haven't contacted me or done anything to fix the problem. My advice is don't give them any money until they finish EVERYTHING they promised to do.

They did a grate job and it was a good price. They went over the contact with me and when the work was complete Cory walked me through everything they did and made sure it was to my satisfaction. Needless to say, I was more than satisfied with the work (above and beyond). They knew what they were doing and everything looks grate. I will definitely be calling General State Property Maintenance in the future! Big thanks to Cory and his crew!

I got a flyer in my mailbox from this company saying they'd be in my area. They offered tree work, so I called the number. A guy answered and told me to send him pictures of the tree on his cell. He was supposed to come and give an estimate. After sending the pics, I didn't get a response. I called the original number again and left a message, but no one called me back. I sent another text message, but still no response. He just didn't bother replying or answering calls after that.

I needed to have 2 tree stumps ground down. I was told on a Saturday they would come and do this job, and they were too busy and didn't come. They told me on Sunday of the same weekend they would drop by and get this job done. They didn't come. They did contact me and said they would come on Monday, and they finally did. But I spent the weekend waiting around for them. Then when they did grind the stumps, one looked fairly good, charging me $750, and the other tree stump cost me the same, but they didn't put as much work into the second stump. I told Cory that it wasn't the same amount of work on both stumps so the price should have been different. But he still charged me the same amount. I feel this company is very expensive. I don't feel the price is right for this job. Not happy with this company!

I'm giving General State Property Maintenance and their workers a 5-star rating for their job. Cory, Phil, Tim, Alan, and Wesley did a great job cutting down 7 tall trees on our property. The trees were in a tricky spot between our home and the neighbor's. Phil climbed really high and dropped each log without any issues to our property or the neighbor's. They were fast, nice, and clean. Tim was polite and professional. Alan worked hard, and Wesley used the leaf blower to keep the yards clear. Cory was professional throughout. They all worked together to clear our property (and the neighbor's) of sticks and debris. They did come later than expected, but after a call, they were here and worked hard the whole time. They took down all 7 trees in under 4 hours. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs trees cut down and wood stacked (which was about 200 feet uphill for us)! Plus, their rates were fair. Great job, General State Property Maintenance. We'll call again if we need more tree service in the future.

I hired this company to cut down 8 trees and take out the stumps. They done cut down the trees, but I been waitin' for more than a month for 'em to remove the stumps. Every time I ask 'em for an update, they give me some excuse or straight up lie to me.

I scheduled a quote and was told it was free. The guy came over and didn't disclose the fact that there would be a $250 cancelation fee. On the contract it stated nothing at all. It was a waste of time and money and I feel like they purposefully swindle money out of people for personal gain.
