My air conditioning has been out of service since September 3, 2023. It rained heavily and the electricity went out. As soon as the electricity was restored, the air conditioning ceased to function. Peak Property Group Apartment company non-responsive to maintenance requests

Apartment company non-responsive to maintenance requests. Unable to get anyone to return phone calls. Would like property management company to remedy faulty appliances in the apartment that are included in our rental contract and part of monthly rent payment.

Peak Property Group LLC assumed ownership of the property I lived in from Legacy Management Services. This had occurred a few months prior to my scheduled move out on July 27th. Knowing this new property manager had received our original security deposit of $1875.00, I provided them with the original documentation of the condition of the apartment prior to our move in. I provided the original documentation via email on May 18th, and informed them that "We were offered an "early move in date" if we would forgo any standard cleaning that LMS was to complete between tenants. We did not accept this offer, as we did not want to clean the previous tenant's mess." I received the security deposit, late, on 9/7, and it was in the amount for $1,175.00. They charged us, exactly as written, $75 for "Dirty Kitchen", $75 for "Dirty floors", $350 for "Damaged walls", and $50 for "Broken blinds (2)". These issues were present upon move in, so we would like to be refunded that $550.

Peak Property Group My roof has a leak well before I moved in in July

My roof has a leak well before I moved in in July . As the leak got worse over time, Peak only came and patched the roof over and over again. It got even worse. In the past few months, water dripped from the ceiling down to my bed every time it rained or snow melted (which happened a lot). They refused to do anything further (e.g., replacing the roof) and did not communicate with me about their fixing plan when I asked them multiple times.
