Upon receiving my order which states all the times I ordered we included on the email notification, there were only 2 items in it. I sent and email to them and even included a photo. The next day another box arrived and 3 more items arrived. So. I wait another day thinking the last item will arrive… 3 days later nothing. So I emailed again, no response, I send a IG message, no response, I submit a note on their contact page, no response, FB, no response.

I placed an online order with them on Oct 14. My credit card was charged on Oct 15. On Oct 16 I received a notification that my order was received and tracking info was provided. A week goes by, the status of the tracking info states the item still hasn't been received by USPS. After 2 weeks, still no change. I message Resid3ncy on the online chat. No response. Last week I sent 2 emails. One of them advised I would get a response in 24-48 hours. When no response came, I sent a follow-up email. I haven't received any responses. I messaged them on Instagram and X/Twitter. No responses. We've bought hats from them from their pop-up stores. It's clear they're not sufficiently running things for their online store. I'm surprised so many guys from the Niners have been wearing their products and promoting them. If they only knew their fans were getting scammed.

I made a large purchase on residency day, their anniversary of starting their hat business where items were 50% off. I received a partial order, so naturally I contact the customer service to resolve the issue. Weeks go by, no response, and no hats! The hats were long gone by now (sold out), so I don’t expect them to be replaced. I had to take the issue to my bank for a charge back. The hats are outstanding quality but the customer service leaves much to be desired. I can’t imagine how frustrated I would be if I paid full price for these hats only to not receive them. Buyer BEWARE!

So, I decided to give RESID3NCY a try and placed an order. It wasn't even a pre-order, mind you. But, it's been over two weeks now and I haven't heard a peep from them. I've tried emailing them, reaching out on social media, and still nothing. It's frustrating to say the least.

I would suggest saving yourself the stress and money and going with a more responsible company. It's just not worth the hassle. I mean, if they can't even respond to a simple order, how can you trust them with anything else?

I recently made a purchase on RESID3NCY's website for a hat. Unfortunately, I never received my order. I'm now left with no other choice but to dispute the charges with my bank. It's a huge inconvenience, as I'll have to close my account, get a new card, and wait for 10 business days for a new debit card to arrive.

I really hope that Resid3ncy can improve their customer service and communication skills in the future. It would be great if they could merge with a store front company to sell their apparel, as it would make the purchasing process much smoother for customers like me.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with RESID3NCY. I placed two orders, one in December and one this month in January, and both times I only received one of the two hats I ordered. What's up with that? And to make matters worse, the last box I got was a total mess. It was all taped up haphazardly and when I opened it up, there was only one hat inside. But instead of finding the missing hat, I found a little box of Valentine's chocolates and a bag of half-eaten cookies. Like, what the heck?

I've been trying to get in touch with someone at RESID3NCY about this for weeks now. I've sent multiple emails and even slid into their DMs on Instagram, but I haven't gotten a single response. It's frustrating because I feel like if they had an actual customer support phone line, I could just call them up and get this sorted out. But instead, I'm stuck waiting for them to respond to my messages (if they ever do).

Honestly, I'm pretty ticked off about this whole thing. The hats I ordered were $50 each, so I'm out $100 right now. And to top it all off, I feel like I'm getting the runaround from RESID3NCY. I just want my hats (and maybe a refund for the missing one?) and for someone to actually respond to me. Is that too much to ask?
