Seascape Property Management, Inc. ain't doing their job right. They don't talk good and they don't keep their word. They don't tell us where our money goes and they don't answer our emails. They don't care about us property owners.

We had this company as property managers for almost a year, but it's been a bummer. They upped our HOA dues by 50% without telling us why. They don't answer our calls or emails, and sometimes they just hang up on us. We all got a bill that said we were 90 days late and had to pay way more than our usual quarterly dues. They didn't explain why or break down the charges. This company is not very good at their job and seems like they don't know what they're doing. All the bad reviews you see are true.

I give Seascape Property Management a one (1) star because ComplaintsBoard.com doesn't have anything lower. This company is the worst ever and shady! The management has been caught in lies over complaints made against property owners and has kicked members off the property board ballots during elections. What they have done at my Condo Association is latched on to a certain board member and filled them with lies to get their buy-in. They bully owners of properties and use made-up lies to justify their actions. I was a past board member and seen first hand they do not do procurement to get bids to ensure properties get the lowest price or competitive prices, they pick their friends and say "he's a good guy and been in business for a while...he's good" (have emails on that also). Shady company in my opinion and if you want specifics to reach out to me I have emails to prove all this on file with their staff/management. Just today I get an email from Seascape Property Management with the minutes of a meeting that occurred on 2-8-22. I was never notified of this meeting (not surprised). When I reached out to them about this asking for proof they sent me the notice as part of their duties to all owners, they said it was sent to another email I have that was old. Funny how I received the email with the meeting minutes for this missing meeting just today to my main email but never received the notice of the meeting. A shady company here folks...just look at the other reviews they have here on google and other places and you will see this is not just an issue I am facing...contact me directly for specifics...
