Unauthorized Withdrawal from my account for 72$
Today on July 19, 2022 I discovered that a withdrawal had been made from my account by PDFFiller for a "annual subscription". I had no intent on using PDFFiller more than the one time I had used it during previously. In fact, I had tried to cancel my subscription and thought I had succeeded at doing so years ago!. PDFiller's website was quite difficult to navigate in order to end my free trial. I was not given the option to sign up for a yearly subscription and I did not want to purchase a yearly subscription.
I was unable to even login to my "so called account" to give you pertinent information for you to resolve this problem. I feel helpless and want a refund immediately, if you refuse, I will stop payment with the credit card and issue a fraudulent activity. I want nothing to do with this company.

Charged 96$ while i canceled my subscription before the 30days ended
I did a trial period but i did not want to use pdffiller anymore. I canceled the subscription and it literally said “ subscription canceled” and now they charged me 96$. I didnt get an email that to confirm it was cancelled. So i thought i made a mistake. I canceled again and i did NOT get an email! This company is a scam. They send me the most pointless emails but the important ones they leave out. Dont trust them.

Please email to support@pdffiller.com from that email account which gets marketing emails from us. Apart from the email itself, our Support will also need the last four digits of the credit card charged (or your PayPal or Venmo username, whatever was charged).

PDF Filler charge
On July 7th 2022, I was charged for a subscription I did not sign for.
The website claimed to allow a free trial to use their PDF tool, but after this, I was charged £79.97.
Obviously I did my very best to cancel any unauthorized subscriptions and future payments, but the company has taken almost £80 for filling in one PDF document.

Desired outcome: I would like a full refund of the charge, as I did not request a subscription but a free trial. In the same manner, charging that amount for ONE PDF file modification is just unethical in all possible ways.

I tried pdffiller.com on a 30 day free trial and I cancelled before the trial ended. To my surprise, I see a $144.00 charge from them and there could have been other charges. I want all charges reversed. pdffiller.com hasn't been used by me in a while. It doesn't serve my needs.

On July 6th, 2022 I noticed a charge in the amount of $96 to my T-Mobile bank card. I never authorized the charge not am I using the pdffiller program. It's not the first time I've been charged for the same product. This should be criminal. This company and companies like these get away with shady billing practices.

i didin't want an automatic payment for the program and i wanted to use it the one time
i never received a prompt for an automatic payment when i used and payed for the program
As far as i am concerned when you want to subscribe to a program it should be a choice and not an immediate subscription you never asked for because then we get problems like this that you get a charge to your account and you have no recollection of ever subscribing to the program only the intention of purchasing it for one time use

Unauthorized $80 Transaction On Bank Account
On 06/21/2022 I had an $80.00 charge on my bank account from SupportPDFFILLER. I did not authorize this transaction and have never used their services as my employer provides editing services. Why would I pay to use another one, especially $80!

I had signed up for the supposed free trial which required me to input payment information for an “authorization” charge of $1. It seemed fishy at the time and so i immediately went in and made sure to cancel the subscription. Low and behold a month later i receive a charge of $103 for an annual subscription that i never wanted to pay for or use in any way. I went in and cancelled the subscription on my account that had been signed up somehow even tho i had no intention of doing so. I feel somewhat scammed and would politely request a full refund.

1) The amount of around one dollar is the so-called verification charge. This is not part of our subscription; this is how banks and payment systems check the validity of the credit card. This small amount is normally back to the owner's account in less than 24 hours;
2) our cancelation flow indeed consists of two steps -- canceling and unsubscribing. Otherwise, there is an automated charge. We are sorry if this was not immediately obvious.
3) You are surely eligible for a full refund. Unfortunately, we do not see even your full name here. So I can't process it as I am writing this reply.
