I just got charged $101 and I don't have an active account. Not sure what's going on. This happened on June 10th 2022. I haven't had an active account since March of this year.

On June 9th 2022 at 3:46 pm my account was charged for supportpdffiller that I did not authorize, I’m checking back on my account because idk if this charge has been coming out regularly or not. I feel this is a scam and things like this should not happen. This has put a hardship on me and my family. It states it was a signature purchase which is not true

On 5/16 my PayPal account was once again charged 180.00 (reference number 928300GTEHM6GKE4). This was after working with PayPal to close my PDFFILLER

Account and reimburse me for charges since I was not using the service or a are of the chronic charges and finally talking with one of your representatives.

1. Please reimburse 180.00 to my PayPal account immediately

2. Never make an unauthorized deduction from my PayPal account again!

I was charged even if I am in my free trial and cancelled before the expiration date.

This was a scam I believe from the start. When it failed and the Vet could not use it or send it to the USDA for endorsement, aI had to pay The USVI Vet 205.00 to retype and sign a form last minute so we could travel with out puppy.

I wrote the support page immediately actually seven times and it said ERROR while sending

Tried Emailing by searching every available address - usually got looped into the page that dragged me into this mess 30 day cancel 180 days if your not completely satisfied.

Well they make it impossible to contact them after they Bill your PayPal - now in Portugal I am calling my Bank in the US to try to have them reverse it with screenshots of various messages I sent trying to cancel in their time frame.

This experience is worse them watching my puppy chase her tail

I used PDFFiller once and planned on getting a subscription but I was charged an annual fee of $96.00. I do not want or require an annual subscription. Can you please look in to this issue? I'd like my account to be refunded for this amount of $96.00. I was charged 5/31/2022 $96.00.

Hi, my name is Anh. I created an account with PDF Filler in May and only used it once. I only intended to create a monthly subscription plan and was not aware that it was actually a yearly subscription plan that I would not have agreed to, until I was charged with USD $96 3 days ago without authorisation. Is there any way I can get a refund? I only used PDF Filler once last month and I will not be using PDF Filler again and I really need the money for other bills.

I used the website www.pdffiller.com, but I wasn't signed up for any of the services. They charged me

- 180 dollars dated 4/28/2021

- 180 dollars dated 4/28/2022

I expect someone to contact me as soon as possible to return this money, and I'm already in the process of filing a complaint with the firm for improper deductions.

Note: I also checked my account to see if I was subscribed, but I wasn't. There was no payment or subscription history. I have attached the screenshot for the same

I was just charged 96 dollars after signing up for the one week trial - and then after the trial we were supposed to be charged 5 dollars. I don’t know how to proceed and cancel the subscription. My account id is: [protected]

I didn’t sign up for the 1 year subscription. I wanted the 5 dollar one. But it signed me up for the close to 100 dollar option.

If you sign up to this service, avoid giving them your debt - credit card number. Last month, I tried this service, then cancelled it - but this weekend they took $96 unauthorized from my bank account. I am supposed to have my rent money due from my account tomorrow and I now cannot make my rent payment. There is NO way for me to stop this money from being taken before tomorrow!

I now have to call my landlord tomorrow and work out how to pay my rent...

Can I at least know how you guys managed to debit my card? Like, the public IP used, the exact date and time, the country, etc etc. I know you can get that. Ask you system administrator, he'll help you.

I subscribed to the service for the month long free trial as I only needed to use it a few times for a PDF form. I most definitely halted my subscription maybe some 3 weeks ago and stopped using the service, I did not modify any documents after 5th April as the records will show because this is when I am sure I unsubscribed.

However for some reason this cancellation did not go through, and the company did not send any warning that a billing was pending.

I am kindly asking for a refund of the 20 dollar monthly subscription amount and have the privileges of subscription revoked/my account deleted, because I have no use for the service, was under the impression that my previous attempt to unsubscribe was successful, and as a student with minimal financial support living week to week, such a billing has a debilitating effect.

On 5/05/2022 I was noticed I was charged $42.64 USD for a recurring payment. However, I do not recall subscribing to a pdffiller subscription. Based on other complaints this seems to be a common problem with this website. Since I don't recall using this website I'm not 100% sure how they gathered my payment information, but I would like for this issue to be resolved. I have been charged this amount 4 times since 2/07/22 adding to a total of $170.56 USD.

I opted in to a free month trial for pdf filler, and went on to use it to fill out a few forms and I was happy with the service.

I realised now that on Saturday May 14th, I received an email from my bank stating that $154.73 has been deducted from my account balance for an annual subscription to the company.

I did not consent to this subscription or the deduction of that amount and therefore I would like my money refunded. I have faith in the credibility of pdf filler and I would love to work with them in future if they pay me back what I rightfully deserve.

I was charged $96.00 5/30/2022 which is absolutely absurd amount of money for nothing.

My name is Sandra Heron. My account was debit for $2.82 on the 29/04/2022 and then refunded as I cancelled subscription. Then my account again was debit $223.82 on the 28/05/22 after I had cancelled the subscription. I did not authorise this money to be taken out of my account. I would like quick action for the money to be replaced and no further contact with your company.

I did sign up for a 30 day trial of PDF Filler but I did not sign up for a subscription. Nowhere was it explained that by having a 30 day FREE trial did it obligate you to continue onto a subscription. I tried the trial and felt that it was not for me. I then found a month later I was charged for a subscription I dis not sign up for.

I was not notified that this had happened.

I had filled a complaint on April 14th for an unauthorised charge of $96.00 (Transaction date: 18 March 2022). Ticket number is #1948919. I provided my CC details on April 14th, and again on April 17th. There has been no acknowledgement or response since. I have just forwarded the same information again today.
