I would order a lot more of your things if the shipping and handling were not so high. You need to add it into your price of the item or it needs to come up before sending in what you are ordering. I have selected things many times and then looked at the cost of shipping and handling and cancelled before I ever sent orders in.
You need to do something about this for your customers.

Why are the shipping and handling charges so high? They are almost half of the cost of the item! I can get the same items from Amazon or e-bay with little to free shipping and handling. I always find things I need and then end up not ordering because of the high shipping and handling.
I returned a$25 item. My refund was $1.07. Ridiculous. They essentially charge exorbitant shipping and “handling” twice to eat up the full amount. I’m not ordering or entering again. But then I am giving up a 1 in 6 billion chance of winning.
Right? What's that about? I guess that's how they get the "give away Bucks". No, I can find everything I want or need without having to pay shipping as well as being able to have contact with whoever I do business with! I win by not wasting my moolah!
I agree about the shipping charges. Chances of winning are so minimal that I can't justified those shipping charges. Can find most of what you offer elsewhere, agreed - without a gamble of a Big Prize. But chances are so slim that my winning is actually not spend money with PCH.
An item costing 4.99 ended up costing more than $15.00! How do you justify that? Needless to say I cancelled the order. And to say ordering doesn't matter in regards to the contest; why do you make the simple summit of an entry so endlessly filled with monotony which I'm sure makes many people give up trying. So so sad
Do you know how many times PCH has been sued for misleading people about needing buy in order to win and whether they've won already and needing to buy to get what they've supposedly won? They're have been several class action lawsuits against PCH in many states about their deceptive practices and that's they now have to clearly state no purchase necessary in order to win but they still use a psychological push to get you to buy, it's a marketing thing, even stores do it when they lay out their designs so you buy things you really don't need. That's why PCH doesn't show you the end price because you wouldn't end ever buying anything from them because their prices are ridiculously high and shipping and handling is ungodly! You feel like there's no way to win if you don't buy. That's the psychological push and they hire people to do just that for marketing. But it's the payment plan that really gets people who can't afford much and that's where I really have a problem with PCH!
Be grateful for the business of prosperity and thankful for the items to be in hand for you to have when necessary and want.

Product prices are already high for the quality of the product or what it can be obtained for at Brick & Mortar locations. Adding in the shipping fees make the prices outrageous.
They don't tell you the shipping/tax price until you order. Its way too high and once you order you cant cancel it. Its my fault for not looking it up before. Most places you can see how much it is and have the option of cancelling. Big bunch of BS. Won't be ordering anything else from them.
I totally agree. There are things that I would like to order, but don't because of the high shipping and handling. And when they say example: 3 payments for $4.00 and you get the bill it is many dollars more than they $12.00 you expected it to be. They at least should put the right amount in what the payments would be with shipping and handling.
I agree 100% the shipping is way to high for what is order .when I get the item I ordered and see the total price, I would never pay the price for the item..cheaper going to a box store. so I don;t order anymore.
