Hello, I purchased the VPN for my iPhone and began having problems while streaming but at that time, I didn’t realize for a while that it was caused by your VPN. I just thought my phone was screwing up or was having bandwidth problems. I contacted your customer support representatives and I was told that I shouldn’t use VPN for streaming because it doesn’t work and they are developing a split tunneling feature that would eventually fix this. When I asked when it will become available, they didn’t know when. So now I am trying to get a refund and he said no. So I replied that all PCMatic services I have on my phone and computer will be replaced with a new service provider. I am very disappointed with PCMatic. This is not what I expected at all.

For PC, I can’t get into my bank account with VPN enabled. So in order to get access, I have to disable my VPN connection which puts me at risk. Great work PC Matic. For my iPhone, you cannot stream and use the VPN connection because it doesn’t work. PC Matic sold me this software knowing that it doesn’t work but won’t refund my $85. Those people are scum bags, don’t waste your money with them, there products suck!
