Parts Geek won't allow for negative reviews on their website, so it forces the truth to have to come out on other sites. This place has ZERO customer service. Getting in touch with someone is a feat in and of itself, and once you do guess what? They don't give a &h*(. My package through no fault of theirs was lost by FedEx, my problem was that I couldn't get ahold of anyone at Parts Geek. Use their call back system twice, it does not call you back. Stayed on the line from #37 in the que down to being #1 in the que and they hung up on me! It was almost impossible to get anywhere and extremely frustrating. When I finally was able (after two and a half days) to speak to someone they did not care that their system was frustrating at all. If this company has that kind of attitude then spend your money somewhere because when something goes wrong you're going to get just a frustrated as I was!
