I bought a part from them and paid a bit extra for faster shipping and shipping insurance. Today I received a box from them that was much larger than should be necessary for the part which I ordered. The box contained a large amount of paper packaging and a sealed but completely empty bag with the part number for the item which I ordered, so a box of NOTHING! How can someone pick a bag that contains nothing at all and pack it in a box and ship it ? Do they simply hire [censored]s? I tried calling them and was on indefinite hold waiting due to "high call volume". Yeah, probably scammed customer such as myself calling to complain. I tried the customer service tab on their website and put in my email address and my order number, simply to have it say "try again later" I'm willing to bet that the positive reviews are all fake reviews generated by the company.
Recommendation: Never do business with partsgeek.com

I've previously ordered 4x's, Firestone air ride suspension kit system from competitor's. I thought parts geek had competitive pricing & asked order operator multiple times if the kit included pneumatic air bag's. The order rep kept insisting kit was complete. The kit arrived with compressor & air lines ( NO pneumatic air bag's, the main component was missing).
Both parts geek representatives had no idea what pneumatic air bag's were.
I ordered pneumatic bag's & paid for additional oder, despite recommendation to return 1st order with emailed postage label.
Upon attempted installation, the chassis support brackets were missing. After speaking to manager, I realized parts geek is a middle man, with inept sales skills. I'm contacting Firestone directly to let them know about the ignorance & rectify what part geeks was incapable of resolving.
