Ordered parts for 2012 Sonata. Front loaded struts and Bendix pads. Got the parts and installed with no problem. They don't supply an invoice showing the part numbers and the prices.
All they would provid is essentially a packing slip inb one email that doesn't show the part numbers and then another email that shows the sub total, tax and shipping costs.
I don't think I am unreasonable to be able to add the invoice into my stack of service records. In some respects this company is very good, in others, it leaves much to be desired.
For this, I am leaving NEGATIVE FEEDBACK
