Doctor Maggie Soberay recommended I increase my dosage of Tadafil from 1 each 7.5mg tablet per day to 4 each per usage. I indicated this would increase my tablet count greater than the 90 per 3 months which i was on prior to talking to Dr. Soberay. When I went to fill the prescription, she mistakenly decreased the count to 60 for 90 days. Being on Social Security and its set monthly income allowance; I have to be careful about spending my money. I didn't want to pay more for a lesser amount of this drug (getting more for less which was the way my prescription was). I decided to ask her to change/correct the prescription as we had discussed back to my prior prescription of 90 count/ 90 days via a message on my chart. This is the cheapest way to get the drug and save me from having to make the 10-mile journey to the pharmacy. Sending this mychart message to the doctor resulted in another preventive services charge to my insurance company and myself. The amount billed was more than the Humana's Contractual Allowance which resulted in a charge to me. I think Park Nicollet should have paid for the Doctor's time to correct this and should not have billed my insurance again. Please correct this and consider other mychart type companies in Minneapolis in Minneapolis do not result in a bill at all.

Claimed loss: $13.87

Desired outcome: Credit my account and change to the same mychart type billing as Fairview.
