I sent a parcel to Geneva on 19.09.2025 paying £65.71 for a signed receipt. It was for my daughter's birthday and having had problems previously I wanted to take no chances.
I subsequently received the parcel back after seeing that delivery had been attempted on two occasions and no note left, no further attempts etc.

On 18.12.25 I received this A refund has been issued and will be send out by second class post within the next 10 working days.
The cheque never arrived and I have sent numerous emails to find out what has happened and you don't bother replying any more.

Claimed loss: Postage plus compensation. I had to travel to Geneva to deliver the package. It cost me around £100 for the flight!

Desired outcome: An apology and compensation. I have been in a Customer Service nightmare loop for months.

It is impossible to contact anyone by phone. Emails are ignored and it looks like your priority is purely about profit margins and customer care no longer means anything to you.
That's how it appears.
