ParcelForce review: Signed for delivered but not received package

Hello, my parcel shows in you system as delivered and signed for, which is not true. Nobody even came and tried to make a delivery. As you can check yourself this “proof of delivery” is absolutely ridiculous. Not even a full name is left and the signature is a “wave”. This package is paid in advance and is quite expensive, it is irrelevant and irresponsible to be left like this. What I am supposed to do now? Who will refund me for this 300£ worth package from Dyson? The tracking number I have is : UD8041709 Parcelforce
