Scammers!
Scammers! I placed a $300 order and they say the payment never made it to them. They use a processor called ***, who told me and sent me proof, that they sent the payment to Paradigm, but Paradigm claims they didnt receive it. *** left multiple voicemails and have had multiple email exchanges with them asking for a return phone call, to make sure they understand and send my funds back to ***, so I can get a refund. They have not called me to work this out. I have explained through email, what happened, and the representative thats emailing back first they didnt get the money, and now says they finally got it, and the order processed, which is not true. The order is listed as cancelled in their system, in my account profile. The bottom line is they are either trying to steal my $300, or the are incompetent and have horrible customer service. Either way, I would recommend avoiding.
