HouseOfBeautyWorld Hair Products

This happened in 2015 and im still waiting for a refund of 178.00 because my bank wont do a thorough investigation and hob stopped answering my calls. This company sent me the wrong andnopened products. They told me "send them back with the receipt for proof" and stopped answering my calls after. I've called my bank netspend and they played me like a joke. Netspend did a 45 day investigation for a $178.00 refund and told me "there was no error and you will not be receiving any refund" is this bank serious. Mean to tell me everytime I have a problem, youre just going to tell me there was no error after you just saw my bank statements.) hob stopped answering my calls and never sent my refund like they said they would. Scammed.

Desired outcome: Netspend Bank dissed me and never did a full investigation. They flat out told me after a 45 day investigation, " there was no error" . HOB stopped answering my calls

HouseOfBeautyWorld Avoid House of Beauty World: Disappointing Customer Service and Refund Policy

I recently had a disappointing experience with House of Beauty World. It's really frustrating to deal with a company that takes your money and then doesn't deliver on their promises. I had ordered a product from them and unfortunately, the courier was unable to deliver it to me. The parcel was sent back to House of Beauty World as undelivered, but they didn't refund my money. Instead, they suggested I take a store credit and phone in my order. As someone who lives in the UK, it's not feasible for me to make a phone call to the US, and to make things worse, House of Beauty World doesn't even answer their phone.

I was determined to get my money back, so I kept trying to contact them, but all I got was a rude response from one person who suggested that I should see a doctor for trying to get my money back! It's really disheartening to find out that a company you trusted and spent your hard-earned money on would treat you that way.

In conclusion, I would advise you to avoid House of Beauty World. They were not helpful at all when it came to resolving my issue, and I wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through the same ordeal as I did. There are other stores out there that offer similar products, so you can easily find a better alternative. Don't waste your money on a company that doesn't care about its customers and is run by people who behave like thieves.

HouseOfBeautyWorld Disappointing Customer Service Experience with House of Beauty World

I wanted to share my experience with House of Beauty World. It's been a long 6 weeks since I first had an issue with my order and I'm still waiting to hear back from their customer service team. Now, I've ordered from them in the past and had no issues, but this time around it has not been good. The issues started with my order being shorted without any notification or explanation, and since then it's been a battle to get any sort of response from them.

To be fair, there was a note inside the package that stated the nail polish was out of stock and would be refunded within 3-5 business days. But, there was no mention of the missing tube of hair color. I've attempted to reach out via phone and email, yet I have been completely ignored. Recently, I tried to leave a message, only to find that their voicemail was already full. It's very frustrating to feel like they simply don't care about my issue.

Although I've had good experiences ordering from House of Beauty World in the past, this latest experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. If you're considering shopping with them, I suggest looking elsewhere. Trust me, it's not worth the headache.

HouseOfBeautyWorld Wrong combs sent

I placed an order for plastic capes and flat top combs. I received the capes as ordered but the wrong combs were sent. They sent rattail combs instead of flat top combs. Have tried calling and emailing.. no response!. Tried a phone number on their current website and a recording said I "did not have PERMISSION to dial this number".

Very poor service

HouseOfBeautyWorld Incomplete shipping order.

I placed Order# HOB-2133365 back in July-24-2022. After numerous emails contacting customer service. I received excuses items are not available, so they're waiting to ship altogether. I was tired of waiting, so I submitted a complained and a month later HOB shipped my order "Partially!" There are items missing and waiting to be shipped. Below is contact information from HOB, but when I'm emailing them I received a return "Invalid"

Our customer service is available Monday thru Friday from 9:00am EST to 6:00pm EST. Customer service is not available on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Enclosed are snapshots from HOB sent to me regarding my order.

Desired outcome: I would like HOB to ship the rest of my items as they agreed in terms of my purchased.

HOB still no resond to my complaint and not honor deliver my partial order or refund! I thought this HOB company is LEGIT. And you have proved me WRONG. Have my order ship ASAP or I can shout out on social media about your BIZ!

At first this site seemed legit and trustworthy, I ordered from them more than once everything went fine. But when I had an item to return for a refund, and jumped through all the ridiculous hoops required in there return policy, they didn't honor there end and refund my money. They kept my item and never sent my refund. Finally I got a call from a man saying it would take about 7 weeks for my refund to come through, its been months since then, still no refund or reply to my emails. (DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE).

HouseOfBeautyWorld Biocare body butter

I placed an order 7/28/2022. I never received my order. No communication

They emailed me once after a month saying the warehouse was overheated and my order would be shipped the next week. I never heard anything else from them. I email daily. Very frustrated. I have purchased from this company several times since 2018 with prompt delivery. I will never use this company again.

HouseOfBeautyWorld order never processed or shipped

I placed an order of Redken Rewind 06 Pliable Styling Paste on September 14, 2022, with the total payment of $119.70. The order confirmation was sent immediately after payment went through. Three days later I received an email asking me to allow 2 to 4 business days processing time after which I'd receive a tracking number. Well, that hasn't happened almost a month later.

I sent an email inquiry after waiting for two weeks to no avail. So I dialed the number listed on the order confirmation. Turns out that number is not even in service. I then sent another complaints, requesting to cancel my order for a full refund (I paid through Amazon Pay). So far, I have heard nothing from them!

I'm still hoping I'll get my money back, but this complaint is rather to serve as a warning to innocent online shoppers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMMPANY!

HouseOfBeautyWorld Order/refund not receive - scams

I have placed purchased items on https://www.houseofbeautyworld.com. The order number HOB-213365 in the amounts of $65.48. The order was placed on July-24-2022. As of today I'm having an issue with HOB for not refund my full amount nor having ship my order. I've made multiple phone calls to customer service inquiries about my order. CS claimed need to back order all items. I cannot wait any longer, so I have requested a refund to my PayPal or mail me a check in the amounts of $65.48. The debit card I have used to purchased was stolen. Therefore, I have already instructed to pay through PayPal or mail a check. I have purchased items on HOB before and have no issue until this item was placed and never hear back from HOB!

Desired outcome: I want my full refund in the amount of $65.48 to pay to my PayPal account or mail me a check. I have enclose my mailing address.

HouseOfBeautyWorld Rioux Hair Rinse

I placed an order for 2 Bottles of Rioux Hair Rinse over 3 weeks ago. House of Beauty wasted no time Drafting my Payment, but I have yet to receive the products ordered.

When I first started calling to Track the Package, they would place me on hold, and then hang up on me.

Now, when I try to call, you cannot reach anyone to speak with. Just states Operator not available.

HouseOfBeautyWorld House of beauty service

- CANCEL my order 2145773 and process to my REFUND -

On August 15, 2022, I placed an order on the "House of Beauty.com" site for an item (order number W-2145773) that cost me approximately $181.75 (183.80 euros).

After 3 weeks, the product had still not been sent (on the site in question, the order is still in "process"). I emailed your customer service, asking them about it, but none of them seemed to be able to tell me when my order was going to ship. I ended up calling your America-based customer service and paying for the call (3-6 Euros for 3-4-5 minute call) to cancel my order and request a refund.

On September 2, 2022, House of beauty customer service assured me by phone that my refund would take place within 5 to 7 days, but having received no email attesting to the refund or any refund movement on my bank account, I decided to call them again on Friday September 9 (this call still cost me 5 euros): House of beauty customer service was unable to explain to me why I had still not been reimbursed and said they would check internally. Except that to date, Tuesday September 13, I still have not received an email attesting that my refund will be effective within 5 to 7 days and on the House of beauty site, my order of August 15, 2022 is still noted "in process" and not "cancelled and being refunded".

Not only after verification, the reviews of this site on Trustpilot report a lack of professionalism or even a fraudulent company, but also, I find it indecent to have to wait more than a month to find out what is going on. of an order of such amount. Without forgetting all the steps on my side to get the information on my order, steps which have additionally generated additional costs. I ask that a refund be made in good and due form but also that the practices of this site be followed closely.

Desired outcome: I'd like an apology, the CANCEL of my order 2145773 and a REFUND ASAP .

HouseOfBeautyWorld products orders

I placed an order and never received the products. I had to pay for items I never got. I tried calling (25 times) and emailing them (25 times) and still no response. They took my money and never sent products. If they sent the order it did not arrive at my home. Pls investigate them. They are scammers.

You are unable to leave a message on their 800 number and nor do they respond to all 25 or more emails. This is so unacceptable and on Google there are a ton of bad reviews about this company.

HouseOfBeautyWorld Payment. It took $114 when the price was $56. I had free shipping

I usually order from house of beauty because they have authentic products that work for my 4c hair, and helps it get thicker and longer. I made an order on june 20th. And the price was $56. As soon as I pressed “place order”, the $56 goes off my card. I’m glad and happy that my order was made. Then seconds later it tells me that 2 products changed prices and immediately $57 goes off my card. I lost money from my paycheck. I’m 17 years old, and my job pays fairly for a part timer. And my paychecks is how I buy things that I need that help me later on in life. I only get paid less than $300 so i’m always grateful to even get money, but having more than have of my paycheck gone because it gave me a notice after and not before I placed the order is infuriating. My hard earned work money is gone. I contacted the customer support email. And I hope to get that second $57 back. If not, I want a full refund. But they don’t even have a refund option on their website so I can’t directly type in my order to even get my money back. I was going to use that money for food and school supplies. Thanks a lot for double taking my money and I have no idk if i’ll get it back. :/

HouseOfBeautyWorld Never received my shipment

On May 18th I ordered pravana hair dye from this website and they took my payment and created a package label the following day. It is now June 17th and the label was only created and never shipped. I have tired many times to contact customer service to no avail. Please do not waste your money with this site. I am now trying to dispute the charge with my bank. I will never use this company again. I am disabled and they took 45 dollars from me knowing they would never fulfill the shipment. Shame shame Shame on them.

Desired outcome: I am trying to get my money back by disputing with my bank due to this company never reaching out and helping me with this issue. All I ever get are automated messages from their website. Never a real person.

I order also, text them about my product and have yet to receive my product from house of beauty world, the order was on 5/8/2022 I have call and email several times they have respond via email it now 31st of May the product Is Vivica Fox unit they took their money for this item also I have the purchase slip on file with the photo of this product request slip has been updated 251111 0n May 23rd,2022 I would like my funds back or the product

HouseOfBeautyWorld Emergency oil

I ordered 2 Emergencia oils in June 2021. One oil recived in package was completely damaged. It leaked out the box. Those oils aren't cheap. ai have sent tons of emails and calls. My next step is seeking legal action against this company. I will warn orders DO NOT Order from them. This is some type of scam, I believe.

HouseOfBeautyWorld Shortage of products on 2 orders

I purchased nail care and polishs from this company on 2 separate dates and both orders didn't have all items included. I called immediately to resolve the issues and both time the gentleman said he will pull the items from inventory and ship them immediately. It has been almost a year with over 40+ calls and still no products, refund or even a response back. I have tried the following numbers: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].

HouseOfBeautyWorld Black & white skin bleaching cream

I placed my order December 22, 2021. I have sent several emails, via their website, as it is the ONLY way listed to contact them, and I get an automated response, but never any other response. It is January 11, 2022 and I still have not received my products. They basically scammed and stole almost $23 from me, and not only didnt send me what I ordered, they also dont even respond to the emails.

Please do not order anything from this website. It is A TOTAL SCAM!

HouseOfBeautyWorld Items I purchased

I haven't received my item yet it's mean more than 3months nearly forth the due date is passed.

I was told by my local post office that the items where sent back due to the seller putting insufficient information and it was sent back to them.
I informed house of beauty sent pictures of the email of from my post to proof that item is returned to them.

They haven't replied since and haven't given back my money .

How is this store still functioning loads of people are having the same issue and their excuse is the pandemic covid restrictions... No it's do do with how they are handling products.

I want my money back and will be taking this up further. They should give everyone back their money and until then sort out their business .

HouseOfBeautyWorld Refund not granted

I ordered some hair products on 4th Sept and paid, but immediately told them I'd made a mistake, and have emailed them probably 12 x. I eventually got an email to say refund is on its way.
Now after I have not received the refund, the company have set the order status to completed, and emailed to say the have already refunded me. They have not as checked all my banks statements and with my bank.
I do not know what to do as they are ignoring my emails now. Order number is 1892605
