I recently bought a gift from Lush Cosmetics for my bridesmaid who lives in the USA. I wanted to propose to her with a special gift, so I ordered it with a gift message and requested that the price not be included. However, when the gift arrived, it had no gift message and included the receipt, which ruined our special moment. My friend had no idea who the gift was from, and it was a huge disappointment.

I'm from the UK and I've always been a huge fan of Lush Cosmetics. Their bath bombs are absolutely amazing and I've shared pictures of them with my sister who lives in America. She's always been jealous of the amazing bath bombs that we have here in the UK.

So, I thought it would be a great idea to send her a gift set for Christmas through the American site. However, I've been trying to do this for the past three hours and I'm still not able to complete my purchase. I've tried using both my phone and laptop, but the site just doesn't seem to work properly.

The site gives you the option to use a UK billing address, but then it tells you that your postcode (zip code) isn't recognised. This is really frustrating because I've had to change the products I wanted to buy twice because they sold out during the time it was taking me to try and buy them.

I don't see any reason to wet-wash my hair in the immediate future. No Drought has met all of my expectations: it absorbs oil, my hair looks clean, smells clean, remains easy to style, and adds a reasonable amount of volume. My hair doesn't feel like straw, get tangled or have static, or feel overly dry. I will continue using No Drought and hope that I don't become disappointed over time. I am happy to have found No Drought, and I have no complaints about it so far!
