Panera Bread review: wait time and food product

Today 2/26/2019 at 12:30pm I sat in the drive thru for 15 mins to get to the window and wait another 20, to only get food that was thrown together and not made as I asked. I understand lunch time and lunch rush, however it had nothing to do with the rush.. The young lady came to the window and asked what I ordered after 5 mins waiting at the window, after waiting another 10 mins she comes back to ask if I will park and they will bring it out, I decline, its pouring rain and I am due back at work in the next 10 mins, she say ok. She come back a few mins later and explains how they are trying to get my sandwich made. I have now been waiting close to 20mins. Finally I get my food. I go back to wok late by 5 mins, and to find that my food had literally been thrown together. I ordered pick 2 half cuban and soup cuban no mustard no pickle add mayo. My sandwich had no mayo no cheese and almost no meat, I had no bread for my soup, no napkins or spoon - the soup was fine. After spending $11.00 and my entire lunch in your drive thru I am very displeased. This is usually my favorite place to lunch, not anymore!
