Panera Bread review: Not being allowed to order over the phone

I called and wanted to place an order for bread bowls. I was planning on getting them the next day. I was told I could order and pay for them on the internet. I do not pay for anything over the internet. I was told that was the only way I could place the order. I am very disappointed and I feel like I am being refused to plac3 an order because I do not use the internet, credit cards or debit cards. I used to frequent the Panera Bread in Rosedale, MD all the time and now I do not believe I will ever step foot in there again. There are people who do not have computers or IPhones and should not be turned away. Poor customer service.
