very inconvenient selfish and unprofessional behavior
i have realised on with the only 3 trips i have made to pakistan, that items have always been taken out not the bag as a whole, this is very inconvenient selfish and unprofessional behaviour i also find the airport staff quite ignorant i think there manners should be of more business type as a whole and that this behaviour of baggage and/items being lost is very unacceptable i was very appalled to hear about this i am of pakistani origin but a british citizen and will always proudly be, i have lived in the uk all my life, and have never heard of so much crap, this is terrible just really terrible i feel sorry for foriegners who stop by i think pakistan should be very ashamed of themselves, do the staff not get fed? obv not!, and what about political side of things so much is going into daily military life but what about the general public and what benefits the country itself needs to have, everything starts from basics and should start with a set of rules, they really need to start prosecuting their staff as a result of any of this sort taking place.

Too many unresolved complaints running at a 91% needs examination and resolve
I have booked my flight on 21 Oct 23 but it got canceled and now pia is not paying back the money and answering that they have lack of funds that's why they cant pay back the money now.so disappointed with this behaviour of Pakistan national flight.
I chose last time pia hope in future I try to avoid travel with pia zero rating from my side very bad service
My family today going on 4 pm from Islamabad to riyadh date 15 sep 2023 I closed my beg and coting on beg by plastic my family enter in airport some one open my family beg and clean everything in beg I don't know who but I say that thief in your PIA service available and you know who
i still got the issue with my ear after flying in pk 705 and im sure all the passengers on board feel the same. i never ever got any sort of issue in other flights. the worse experience and will never fly in PIA again.

On 21 feb 2020 i travelled from karachi to Gwadar but my laggauge was not brought in the flight. gwadar staf responce was too slow and manager found missing from duty.
