Hi I have contacted your customer services team on numerous occasions requesting a copy invoice for a booking I have been advise at least 3 times that it would be sent within 48 hours and I still haven't received it. We have provided an alternative e-mail just in case that was the issue.
The name on the booking is Adam Henderson and he was staying at Go2 Lancaster.
Desired outcome: I just need a copy of the invoice for the booking immediately as we cant wait any longer
