Booked 3 rooms for 1 night on May 14,2025. Upon arriving, facility was closed. Was still charged for stay. Was told we didn't cancel in time.
Would like my money refunded. $275.
Contacted the city and they confirmed water had been turned off in March and restored in late May.
We returned to the facility a week later. It was being renovated. Manager gave me phone number to get help with issue. Tried several times but no results.
