Savemore Tacloban - My sm advantage card was not used by the cashier
I was in the grocery of SM Savemore Tacloban. I put my SM Advantage Card in the basket as instructed. Later on, I placed my money in the same basket. But at the end of the transaction, I asked the cashier if she used my card but she did not reply. When she gave me my change, I asked her again but the did not reply. The worst part of it was she did not explain or ask an apology. I hope you train your personnel.
