PTE Exam review: Technical issue while doing my pte exam

DOB: 21-0ctober 2001
I took my PTE exam on 6-December 2021 in Chandigarh India. I was shocked to see my result because scores of all the 3 sections are good except speaking I got only 19 in speaking. I attempted all the questions from the speaking section correctly. I am very confident that my voice was not captured due to technical issue.
Could you please check this up because of technical issue my score has gone wrong or otherwise give me a refund so that I can retake the test because its not my fault
