Home Connect review: Terrible service delivery with regards to fibre installation

I applied for Fibre and my payment was done on 22 October 2021..
To date I have not received any calls from either home Connect or vumatel to set up a date to install the Fibre in my home as promised.
I have been phoning home connect almost every single day to check what the delay is and always get told by the agents that it will be sorted soon...
It was also brought to my attention that my phone number amd email was incorrect on their system, however despite me giving them my correct details, my number was still reflecting incorrect on their system.

I also asked the home Connect agent to get in contact with vumatel and arrange for installation but was told they nobody can reach vumatel because they have closed their call centres...
How does a person get service delivery when we are umable to contact service providers..
in my opinion... My dealings with home connect have proved to be unreliable.. And they have proved that they are unable to sort customer queries and issues with efficiency and speed..

We are consumers who are reliant on internet for work and these kind of delays cos us as consumers dearly.

It's been almost a month now and I am still waiting for Fibre to be installed... If they do not want my business then kindly refund my payment and I will go to a more reliable. Service provider.

Desired outcome: Either they want my business or not....if not they can kindly refund my money and I will go to a more efficient service provider who won't give me the run around
