Black Oxygen Vidafy Nanofy LightnerLabs review: Unethical biz partners again - investors not paid from prior businesses

Laire Lightner blindsided everyone yet again with the shutdown of BlackOxygen.

Now, In the blink of an eye, she has a room of 4K waiting to get hands on another product, but only a somber explanation of why Black Oxygen shut down, and no beneficial info for the folks that paid in advance and have never received product.

Lair and David Lightner of LightnerLabs just announced they are working with a partner they trust - that partner is David DiStefano of DirectCellars, DirectCrypt, Cazzuto Bike, and another crypto currency donation platform known as COOP 505/50.
They have joined forces again as of November 24, 2021 for the launch of a product known as Nanofy and Vidafy.

Laire and David Lightner never paid a single Investor back for prior business dealings in Direct Crypt and knowingly dropped out of the company cleverly before it fell, not being forthright or transparent for anyone who had helped them build the business.

The facts are David DiStefano in not a wise choice as partner, but she should and DOES KNOW that he has a poor credit rating, various court proceedings, evictions, owns no real estate, merchant account closures, failed businesses, removed from management positions, and opens shell corporations.

Laire is linking up with the same fraud she did for Direct Crypt! How could she do this to people! She must think after 6 almost 7 years everyone forgot about those bogus corps.

Interesting note also that David brought Morgan Poulsen along for his prior business with Laire Lightner in Direct Crypt, but now after 7 years and just before Thanksgiving dropped young Morgan and her phony self labeled website he helped her build to sell crystals and sage, all before going back into business with Laire.

David the "Come Back Kid" is trying again to clean up his act in hopes to convince others to follow him where he's going. He took the images of kissing Morgan down from his profile, shaved his beard, put a shirt on and cleaned up, all after posting a sob story of how he's hurting and wanting to do good again.

It is 100% premeditated and set up.

David DiStefano needs to be in jail for many reasons. He is a professional con artist and pathological liar. He traveled to Switzerland for Direct Crypt with his cheap girlfriend Morgan Poulsan on investors money. (Her implants came from investors money as well a few years ago.)
Laire Lightner and her husband confounded Direct Crypt with him. She underhandedly left the company without telling those who she suckered in to investing into the company. She knew David had prior issues with people but she still advertised and supported David. She needs to be investigated as well! Robert Macpherson ended up scamming people as well. David brought him in. David is now involved in a new company and I assume he is taking advantage of them since he is a poor excuse of a man who can't work an honest living. Stay far away from these people. Get the media involved!

He stole money from me and I havent received anything but sad stories. Heard he has done this with his companies distefano holdings, direct crypt, xblok. Wonder how many people actually agve him money.

We invested with David this past October. He ask us to take our money he borrowed and invest into Xblok. Now we are feeling he mislead as that company isn't up and running. We plan on making a report with the news media in Miami and file a report with the police. Enough is enough!
