Hello, I paid for Jennifer McLean's "Healing Modality" course on November 1, 2021

I made one payment of $155.00 on 11/01/2021.

I was unable to access the material for download and left a voice message with Technical Support on November 8, 2021 (guaranteed to receive a call back within 48hrs.) I was not contacted by 11/11/2021. I sent several emails to [protected]@theshiftnetwork.com on 11/12/2021 with no reply. Asking for a money-back guarantee request was made before the 15 day trial period.

I sent a certified mail letter on 11/17/2021, to her headquarters in Newport Beach CA 92660. No return receipt yet.

I also sent a message to Jennifer on her Facebook group/ Healing with the Masters. No reply.

When I signed up for the Healing Modality, I took the option to make x 2 payments of $155.00

Payment 1, on Nov 1, 2021

The next payment is to be made 30 days later. I had requested a refund, but they took another $155.00 on 12/01/2021

My main complaints as that I was unable to download material and therefore ask for a money-back guarantee made before the 15 day trial period.

I had no intention of making the second payment, I requested a refund on Nov 12, 2021 (as numerous more requests via email with no reply)

I am requesting a $310.00 refund.
