Custom Napkins Now review: Custom printed napkins

I ordered custom napkins from Custom Napkins Now (order #888242295) on about Oct 17 and paid $445.77 by credit card. Nothing ever went into production. I never approved any prints, and from the very start I told them the proofs were far too low quality, even though I supplied 1200 PPI artwork including a 108.7 MB lossless PDF. On Oct 18 I wrote that the print was "extremely low quality."

I asked to cancel and get a full refund on Oct 21 and again on Oct 22. They replied that a 30% restocking fee applies and that my bank dispute would prolong the refund. I have disputed the charge with my card issuer and have not received a refund.

I have filed complaints with the Texas Attorney General (TCP-070862), the FTC (report 208964354) and the BBB. Posting so other people can check this before ordering.
