VFS Global - Delay is passport return and no traceability leaving me stranded into the country.
I applied for my Schengen visa. Time given was upto 45 days and today it has passed 62 days and worst part is VFS does not have a clue when will they return my passport back. On the day of application in Melbourne they were understaffed and it took full day to submit the same application which was a printout of what was submitted on line into the embassy.
