I've had issues since the minute I signed the contract. From the salesperson being racial and rude when calling. You have to wait over 40 mins to even speak to someone. They do NOT keep appointments. I've had to leave work twice for them not to show up. During install the men advised they weren't legal? If I have to pay over $8000 for something I would prefer somebody who is trained and licensed to do the work. They left a mess when leaving. The system has frozen many times, stopped blowing cold air, and just not working. I've advised this multiple times to this company. They know they are installing broken equipment yet still charges their customers to come out and fix something they never did correct the first time. Last tech came and AVOIDED to check the Freon. Something that should be at the top of the list to look at. Of course a new system needed it and of course the tech all the way from Houston to Harker Heights did not bring any!? He slept outside my house for over 2 hours before being sent to buy Freon. The GM is just horrible. Does not try and rectify the issues but more of argue with the clients. He argues on the phone and online with reviews he don't agree with. BBB shows that this company has a habit of doing it's customers as they are doing me. I'm an adoptive mom of 5 kids who can NOT even go upstairs let alone sleep there because its so hot. It takes weeks to get a response from the company and I'm just over having to deal with them.

Desired outcome: To fix what was to be fixed from the beginning. Get their broken equipment, stop trying to take the easy and cheap way out and do the job correctly! We as customers whom are paying this much deserves at least that!
