I am frustrated I'm not sure what else to do at this point. 3 months ago on my review they messed up and it literally took them 3 months and me calling every day to finally get approved for my food stamps. Then I was due to renew my Medicaid benefits and my food stamps expiring May 31st. I absolutely made sure that I turned in all my information with plenty of time to spare that was all sent in in March. I have been on the phone at least when I can get through every other day checking on if everything's been turned in and if they needed anything from me. As usual when I finally got a hold of people they seem to be helpful but I was told everything was turned in and that was that. Then every time I called and listened to my benefits they were still from March of 2021 I believe so frustrating. Now we're in June my Medicaid benefits were approved and I finally spoke to someone and we figured out at least we think that my paycheck stub skipped a week. Which took us from March till the end of May to finally figure that out. So that evening I uploaded everything that they needed I called the next day they told me they received it now it's I believe June 8th and nothing I can't get a hold of anybody I've called for 3 days in a row My food stamps were due on the 6th I am home with my children for the summer I have a broken ankle which I had to have surgery on and I am stuck and frustrated and I go through this every single time. I believe I gave plenty of time for this to all be figured out and now for the past 4 days I have been calling there to be told there's no one available I've called at all hours I've called when they tell me first thing in the morning till last thing in the evening before they close and I'm constantly hung up on and I have no other information that's updated and I don't know what to do I'm telling you if somebody just took the time to go look back in my account you could see how many times I've called and how on top of this I have been. I'm not sure if I'm going to have to do this all again and wait a whole another month for my food it's very stressful I understand being overworked and everyone that I do wind up talking to there has really tried to help me but I still get nowhere now I have to wait a whole another month to feed my family it's ridiculous and I just don't know what else to do. Not sure what to do just frustrated and irritated.

Absolutely [censored] the government for changing everything on their website. When they did that they lost ALOT of people's information and applications and have made us to redo LITERLLY EVERYTHING. why change something that was never broke in the first [censored]in place. So now not only do I have to redo all my paperwork I may have to wait an additional week or 2 for someone to pull their head out of their [censored] and figure it all out. The government assistance programs are a [censored]in joke and don't actually help anyone other then the government workers who get paid between 4 and 6 figures to sit and stare at a [censored]ing computer all God damn day. [censored]ing figure it out and stop [censored]ing over the citizens.
