Aspen Dental Tucker, Georgia review: Charged on my credit card for denture and they cancel my appointment to come in and get fit for my dentures.

April 24, 2023, I called Aspen Dental about how much I owed them to come in to get fitted for my dentures. The receptionist told me the amount and I said okay. How can I pay you this amount she said there a link I can send you and you can pay Apspen Dental on that link. I called them back and the receptionist said she received the payment. I printed myself a copy of the payment. My appointment was May 5, 2023. I went in to my appointment and they said the Dentist was not in and they will call me. I waited a week no one called. I went back to the office and saw other patients was in the office. I told the receptionist what was my problem and she ask me for my receipt number I gave that to her and she came back from the back with a story about our system is still down, we cannot find you and many other patients in the system. She said we will call you when the system is back up. I waited a week again and called the corporate office and spoke with someone there, she told me some one hack there system a few months ago and there is nothing they can do until the system is back up. She said we will be calling a lot of patient back. She a sure me they will be calling me back. I have not received a phone call back since May.
