Club Demonstration Services review: Gissel and Kathleen

A woman is trying to claim that I harass her, which is not true. I have been working here for 6 months and have been a great worker. Kathleen made a comment about a joke I made regarding young ladies or females changing in the office. I stepped out and when I came back, I said, "I guess I missed out on all the jokes about women's bodies," but I did not touch or get near anyone. People often make jokes and it was not offensive. I understood what Rebecca, the manager, said and apologized for not being more appropriate. I am fine with that. However, since Mike is no longer here, I want him to talk to Gissel about using the bathroom and to address Kathleen's attempts to get me in trouble.

Kathleen also took my broom and dustpan and said I couldn't put trash by her trash. I informed Mike, the manager, and he handled the situation. These things are distractions. Usually, I focus on sales, teamwork, and the success of the company. Kathleen accused me of wanting to spend time with young girls, but I usually just see Kathleen and Gissel during the day and never talk to them. I am focused on my job, being on time, working a full shift, making sales, providing great demonstrations, and offering good customer service. I got upset about this situation and almost left work before it was time to clock in. However, since I came in early, Rebecca spoke to me and I decided to stay. I understand how important it is for me to keep working and perform well in my job. I have not done anything illegal; I simply made a joke and I am not harassing or bothering any females. I respect females and I don't continuously insist on spending time with women or girls. Usually, it's women or girls who want to spend time with me, but that's not always the case. I am not gay; I am just focused on taking care of my child and making money, which is very important and convenient for me. It's not about anything else, just my responsibility as a man and a professional.

This complaint is about Kathleen and others making false accusations. Another woman in the break room complained to the manager, saying that I didn't pay for items right away and didn't throw out the trash. She also said that I couldn't use the sink to clean my aligners for my teeth. I followed the instructions given by my manager, but I found that woman's actions bothersome since she doesn't really know me. I was on the phone with my younger sister, and I know that I did nothing illegal or wrong. I was upset about that incident, but I still went to work. I am really tired of having to make complaints about people. I wish people would learn to mind their own business and not judge me when they don't know the whole story. I am not doing anything wrong. I am focused on being punctual for work and doing my job well for the success of the company and Club Demonstration Services.
