I was not happy with the customer service I recieved from Colin Chaplin at a company called Woodleys Property Services in Cape Town South Africa. He was rude and not helpfull to me. Customer service is very important to me and it was not nice that did not help me. As a customer it is important that staff treat you with respect and are helpfull and not rude to you!!!

I purchased a large box of banguet fried chicken. I was VERY disappointed because there were 6 'thighs' and 1 leg. And the pieces were not very meaty. What chicken has 6 thighs and 1 leg and no breats or wings. Good thing I like dark meat but no one else in my household does. Dinner was very disappointing. Purchased for $1, 100 in April of 2020, 2 Loveseats and a glider set. Covered in October after 6 months of use, and uncovered in May of 2021. In June, we noticed the back of 1 loveseat had started unraveling and by June both love seats, AND the two chairs also came apart. Contacted Biglots, but said the 1 years warranty was over. Upset that $1100 was spent and furniture was worthless within 13 months.

This company of which I have no knowledge of withdrew $89.87 from my NetSpend debit card on Jan. 14, 2022 at 8:31pm (CST). I reported my card number stolen and the transaction is still pending. My bank assures me that my dispute of the transaction and reporting my card stolen that the payment will be denied and returned to my checking account. I want to file this as I see there are other victims of fraud made by them as well.
