Intertek Total Quality Assured - Salaries that don't comply with the department of labor board of salaries
I am writing to complain about not receiving the salary for the work I am currently doing at my company we are being underpaid. Few months back I received a promotion but still even today I haven't even received the promotion's salary. We tried complaining to the department of labor but it's like our company is buying the person sent each time off its been years every time they buy the labor officials off kindly help.

I have a lawyer And they filed a notice to sue me in bronx county court on 12/8/21. after we were in negotiations to settle my balance with capital one. I would like to know how legal this is? Someone should investigate this company practices seem predatory. I am not clear how this was served to be at my home without me signing for this very legal document.
