For the past seven weeks, I have not been getting my full Sunday paper. I have called customer service several times to no avail. When I speak to the reps, they assure me that I will receive a replacement paper. I received a replacement last week with the inserts still missing. The following week I was told again I would get a replacement paper and it was never delivered. I paid for my paper for the entire year and I feel I am being taking advantage of.
Desired outcome: I want my full paper delivered each and every Sunday.
