Paddlenet review: Phonetracker

I was charged 36.99 sept oct and nov they claim they only handle the withdrawal of funds for a bunch of foreign companies and could not issue me a refund.
Then they issued me a refund for one month only and said that was all they could give me back of my money.

I am 53 yrs old and currently unemployed
On a very tight budget first I did not order their service
2nd I would never order their service one because I would not be able to use it
2nd I have no reason to track anybody?
When I went online and looked up phone tracker it sounds like a scam to trick people out of their money.
The website states that you can track anybody anywhere with just their phone number.
Which is a outright lie.
But they don't let you know that until you sign up for a 1 dollar trial so they can get your banking and card info then they tell you that they can't track a phone number without the person that owns the number allowing you to track them..

Well sorry there are a lot cheaper apps that tell you up front that its only good with the other persons consent.
That app is nothing but a low down trick to steal peoples money.
They count on people not even noticing the 40 dollars a month they are stealing from them until it has been months later then the lie and tell you they can't refund the money that you have to get a refund from the scammers they are stealing for.
And then they all of a sudden send you a refund for 1 month only and cancel the subscription like they did you a favor and you should be grateful they are not going to keep stealing from you.
And that goes for whether you ever Ctually ordered the service and oh they can't see where anything points to the original charge being done without proper authorization.
But they can tell that the service was never signed onto or used in any way by you.
