YDE Hemingways review: Poor service and and ill treatment

YDE Hemingways staff Amzo has treated me so bad, I am staying in Queenstown and I have asked her to order some items for me at the of November hoping to use them on the 26th of November. It happened that she was on leave for a week and no one who made a follow-up for my order, when I called the shop another staff member Mihlali said Amzo was on leave and she is the one who have access to the order book and she was not sure when Amzo's coming back. I felt like that inconvenienced me so much. They only called me on the 25th of November saying my order has arrived and that was late. I have asked Amzo to keep my order I will come fetch it on this weekend, when I called this morning confirming that I'm coming Amzo said "I have bad news for you" when I asked what she told me their area head took my order to the floor. I am very hurt and disappointed about this whole thing, poor communication and unprofessinalism, no provision for customers at a distance. I feel like closing my account there.
