06/12/2021 from 3pm to 3:30pm I went to terminal 1 visitor pass office just to find out a reason why my case is different with my manager and colleague, that time there's only 1 Chinese officer, she wasn't give me a good answer but so far sounds was in a good way, still acceptable, after that 1 more Philippines officer was coming out to help her but she was giving me a very rude response and said that I must ask my manger to find out the SOP herself and also told me that this is not their job, this is so unprofessional and unknowledgeable, some more asking people to find out herself in a very rude way when I still talking with my manager inside my phone call, anyway my manager was find out herself and I have got answers by OURSELF not from those officers, just want to tell even though we are not passengers but please also respect each other's, I have used a very good way to ask and ask to find out but at the end was received by showing attitude and rude, this is not a service that Singapore officer suppose to have, thanks
