Defective washer
Do not buy anything from metro appliances and more in NLR AR off the scratch and dent floor, I did and now I’m sorry I did I was told that there was nothing wrong with the washer except the dent in the front of the washer and had no effect on the washer working, 2 weeks later washer developed a squeaking noise and leaking water from underneath the washer, still had a manufacturer warranty plus I bought extended warranty, was told the warranty information would be sent via email, bought the washer end of June 2023 still not received warranty information went to metro to talk with them to find out how to get in touch with the warranty people was only given a 1-800 # to call which I have been unable to reach. I wish now I would have never bought from them.
Recommendation: Do not trust what they say if you are buying something from off the scratch and dent floor
