I bought a watch and the band broke one week after I got it. I sent several emails and even tried calling several times. Nobody ever responds back to my emails or my phone calls.

I bought a watch from St?hrling Original, LLC two weeks back, but there's no sign that it's been sent yet. I tried reaching out via email and left several voicemails, but no response from them. I even reported the issue to Paypal and now I have to deal with their process. This company doesn't seem legit. My order number is ***.

Hi, I ordered something from Stuhrling but they lost the shipping label. They need Stuhrling to call them and find the package. My order number is *** and the tracking number is ***. I've tried reaching out to them through email, whatsapp, and Instagram but they haven't responded. I'm moving at the end of this week and I really need this problem fixed ASAP.

On July 7, 2022 I paid $250 for a watch. It broke in less than 4 days. The face fell off, and the minute and hour hands too. I spent $30 on a warranty repair claim and sent it to the company via ***, which cost me more money. It arrived on August 2nd. Today, I received a package from Stuhrling, thinking it would be my repaired watch, but they sent me a used watch with scratches all over it. It didn't even come in the original Stuhrling box as instructed, which cost $50 on the website. This company is ripping people off.

I went to fix my Stuhrling Watch and they told me to fill out a form online and send it. I told them I didn't feel like mailing it 'cause I came from far away. This lady took my info like name, address, phone number, and email. She made me take the watch outta the box and then she took it. She said I'd get an email, but I didn't get a receipt, which was obviously a mistake. After 2 weeks, I tried to get in touch with them. When I called, they sent me to customer service online. I left 2 messages on a voicemail machine and sent like 5 emails, but they didn't reply to any of 'em.

I bought a Sturhling watch model 3982.1 online from Sturhling on November 27. The watch started having problems not winding in February . It completely stopped working on June 3. The watch has a 2-year warranty. When I contacted the company, they said I had to send the watch back to them at my own cost and also send $20 for return shipping and handling. They would fix the watch for free. They said it was company policy. My complaint is why should I have to pay more for them selling me a low-quality watch that only worked for 6 months.

I bought (Aug 2020) this watch called Torero 990 Quartz 48mm Chronograph - *** for $195 online. It's a pocket watch that runs on quartz. One of the buttons fell off, so I asked for a replacement (Sept 2020). They did send me a new one, but guess what? The second watch had the same problem! It became clear to me that the product's quality was the issue. I asked for my money back and sent the watch back to them (Oct 2020). After returning it for the second time, they never got in touch with me. It wasn't until I reached out to them in Jan 2021 (after trying many times) that they finally contacted me. They gave me two options: either take the broken watch back or get only a 20% refund on the price I paid. I think it's a defective product, so I want a full refund of $195.

I sent my watch to Sturhling Original Repair in Brooklyn, NY (***) in December for repair. They emailed me in January , saying my watch was fixed and sent back to me. But, I didn't see that email until April *** 'cause it got lost in my Junk Email box. I tried to track the *** tracking number (***) they gave me, but it wasn't active no more. So, I emailed Sturhling and they emailed me back saying, "We're sorry, but we can't do anything 'bout a shipment from so long ago." The person who sent the email was Sol G | Customer Service Associate, Tel. ***|Fax. ***, ***. I told him it ain't right and asked 'em to find my watch or give me a new one. But, I ain't heard nothin' from the company 'til today, May ,.

I bought a Stuhrling Aqua-Diver Swiss Quartz Men's Silver Bracelet Black Dial Watch on 3/04. The seller replied rudely, suggesting they wouldn't have helped if I hadn't left a negative review on ***. They even teamed up with *** to get that negative review removed, falsely accusing me of blackmail. It seems like they wanted to make sure I had no power before basically telling me to go away. I have all the messages, and based on ComplaintsBoard.com reviews, it seems like this company has a history of shady practices that they successfully use on unsuspecting customers. I also want to file a complaint with *** about this. Do I need to do that separately? The total cost of my order was $83.55. All I want is compensation for receiving a used watch with a dead battery. I bought it new, and now I'll have to spend more money to replace the battery. I don't trust sending anything back to them because of how they treat customers in a careless and unfriendly New York style.

In May, my wife saw a Stuhrling pocket watch on the Today Show. It was said to be worth a lot of money, but it was on sale for $89.00. Since my birthday was coming up, she ordered one for me on 5/5. When we got the watch, the stand was loose and one of the screws fell out. I called and they sent another watch, and I returned the first one. But in the first week of December , the second watch stopped working. Luckily, it came with a 2-year warranty. I called and they opened a return for me on [protected]. I shipped it and they received it on 12/20. I paid $20.00 for shipping with my credit card. On 1-5-2022, I got an email saying the watch was fixed and shipped, with a tracking number. But I never got the watch. I called and they said they lost it. They sent me another one and I did get it. But about 2 and a half months ago, the ring on the watch that the chain attaches to broke. None of the watches have lasted the 2-year warranty period. I've called many times, but this time I can't talk to anyone. I've left messages, but no one contacts me. It's like no one is there. Are they out of business or avoiding me and not honoring the warranty? I'm getting really mad. I want a good watch that lasts, and I don't think I should have to pay another $20.00 for shipping, since the previous watches didn't hold up. Stuhrling's claim that the watch is worth a lot of money is a lie and should be stopped. After having the second watch for a while, I looked up the value and found the same watch on Amazon for $84.95.
