I ordered a trade in for my wife's iPhone 11 to an iPhone 17. I did that on December 12th of 2025. Nobody had reached out to me. Nobody had forewarned me. I have mobile and Wi-Fi through you and I'm rethinking my choice entirely. I need someone from upper management to get back with me on this. I will not keep getting the run around each time I call you. The company told me 1-2 weeks we are now in Feb. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my wife, and it never came.
