Optimum Mobile has caused such stress for me from day one when I was persuaded to change over from my trusted Consumer Cellular. While one of your reps was on the phone with me. That is when the nightmare started with endless calls asking whether I had received the pin. I finally gave up and asked to cancel the whole process. No matter what I tried I could not cancel and am still being charged. I do not have an account, but am being billed. How can this be resolved? I told my credit card not to pay which they did and do, yet the bills keep coming.
Claimed loss: Repeated bills to my credit card, which I as the bank not to pay.
Desired outcome: Simple, stop billing me for a service I do not receive. disconnect.
