I was on the phone on 10/22/25 for 40 minutes and 29 seconds trying to disconnect my service. I called about 4 times to have my connection fixed but was finally told that my service wasn't large enough and there was no upgrade for me. This info prompted me to go elsewhere. I was emotionally drained after this as I am usually a nice and patient person but this was not acceptable at all! I already had the new company internet up and going. If it takes your company that long to disconnect, yall are in big trouble as you are not very efficient!
Claimed loss: 40 minutes of my time that was wasted on the stupid call.
Desired outcome: Easier way to disconnect. Like be able to do it online would be great!!
