Optimum offers a senior discount which is available for eligible seniors thru the PAAD program. I have been trying since 6/5 to have this discount applied to my account, all the reps that I have spoken to have confirmed that I do qualify for the discount but no one knows the procedure to apply it to my account. I have been disconnected and promised that someone would call me back with an solution, but nothing yet. I have gone to one of your locations as per one of your reps but they could not help. I find it hard to believe that you would advertise in your invoices that this program is available but no one knows how to apply it.

Desired outcome: Just apply the PAAD discount to my account.
