Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Fraudulent Activity and Request for Immediate Refund
I am writing this to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the recent experience I had with your agency. I was scammed and had a significant amount of money taken from me by your company. As somehow I am currently unemployed student and struggling financially, it was extremely difficult for me to gather that money, and I trusted your agency to provide an honest service.
However, to this day(10/04/22025), I have not received any refund or proper communication from your team regarding this matter. I have made multiple attempts to reach out, but no one has responded to me seriously or taken any responsibility sometimes they pick up the line. And after hearing my name they hang up. This lack of response is unacceptable and unprofessional. I’m totally in depressed since of your agency. As I collet the money hardly to visit my sister after a long time.
If I do not receive my money back immediately, I will be filing a formal complaint against your company soon with the relevant consumer protection authorities. Also I will be handing over all the voice records of the call and transaction-derails as well to the police take immediate action for it. I will also be sharing my experience publicly to warn others if no action is taken with your company in future. I will not recommend any one personally since lack of your employees who play innocent people’s feeling and put them to situation like depressed.
I urge you to respond to this message as quickly and resolve this issue without further delay.
