I bought something from this company in May, but it's already July 17 and I still don't have it. I asked for my money back many times, but they haven't given it to me yet. They don't answer my emails and they don't call me back. I had to cancel my credit card because some weird charges showed up after I bought from them. I asked for a check, but they haven't sent me anything. They told me they gave me my money back, but they lied. I'm really tired of this and I just want my money back. It's been too long.

I bought a Model TC Tesla Coil from oneTesla LLC and paid in advance. There was a delay at first because some parts were not available. Finally, on June 22nd, I received a note from *** saying that a shipping label had been created and that they were waiting for oneTesla to send the package. As of July 7th, *** said they didn't have the package. A representative (***) told me in an email that the package had definitely been shipped. M.D. sent follow-up messages that suggested the package would eventually arrive. I'm still waiting. Someone is lying, and I'm out of both product and money. This is the third time this has happened with this company. I respectfully want my money back so I can buy a similar product from a more trustworthy company.

I purchased a oneTesla TS Musical Coil Kit online at the OneTesla.com website on Dec 12th, 2022. My credit card was charged $463.43. I understood I would likely miss giving this as a Christmas present as shipping could take 2 weeks. After 2 months I reached out and was told that my order was slow due to backordered parts. In March I began sending emails asking about shipment dates. I contacted the BBB in April 2023 to get a refund but have been unsuccessful. Just started a second claim to attempt to get this resolved.
