Don’t do business with these people, the price may be right.. But behind the scenes … there a president who will not answer questions, the rudest sales person I have ever met in my life. First he gave the wrong price for a microscope, also listed on website with the wrong price. I asked are you sure this is the price… he said yes, he is sure. After getting the money, he told me opps wrong price. Then he was extremely rude to me, gave me further false instructions… and then after getting sick of his disrespectful attitude - I said I would like to speak to the president … told me “the president does not want to speak to you! Calling him on his behavior – he states he will not be berated like this?” I am cancelling the 4000 order, and will never do business with these people!

I am very angry about this type of product that are selling online that came defectives on purpose
why i company send you a defective product? what is behind all this and the money involved? a lot of money.
I received a product microscope bought on ebay with the nick precision world.
The microscope do not come with label, poor manual, no serial, no model number, what the heck product is this? i am sick of illegal product that came to U.S. to take american money, products not tested, illegal products that are not based by the U.S. laws that get to U.S. illegal.
I try to make contact by phone no ringing sound, tried many times.
i emailed them, and got ignored.
what fault of respect is this? . wasted almost 300 dollas plus 90 shipping for this product that do not work . putting the education and health of people in danger.

5 years of warranty? and no phone and email answer from the company, what are we talking about?
Hi great products but customer service has gotta be the worst I've ever known .stay away from this company. I got sent a microscope and part broke did a live chat on 2 occasions took 20 mins or more for Juan to reply even with his emails .I've even spoke to technical support and he asked to see pics .sent several times but nothing back
My experience with Amscope was up there with one of the worst. One person would tell me one thing then I'd get a call a few minutes later telling me something completely different. One caller from Amscope called me and gave me a bunch of crap for not telling him someone else called me from his office. He kept saying "they don't know what their talking about". I dumped almost a grand on a scope and I thought I would be treated like a valued customer. They were rude and condescending. I finally got my scope today and the illuminator is busted. I haven't called them yet but I bet they'll tell me "tough [censor], it had to be your fault".
I agree and had a similar situation when trying to resolve a simple issue.
Their prices may be good, however the handling of customers is the worst.
Heed my advice or learn for yourself. 50/50 chance you will get burned. Feel lucky ?
