Our a Philippines trip in March 2020 was cancelled due to covid. My group immediately requested a refund when given the option to get a refund or use the money towards a future trip. We received few emails with updates and frequently had to email the company to ask for updates. Many emails have been sent the past year and every one goes unanswered. We spent over $2000 per person and have not seen a penny of it. This company continues to plan trips so clearly our emails are just being ignored. Don’t waste your time or money!

Company has not refunded dozens of healthcare workers for a group trip we were supposed to take to South Africa in March of 2020. Over the years they have sporadically sent out excuses saying payouts will come, it’s been over a year since the last email and they stopped responding to mine. However they are advertising and organizing group trips to this day that people are profiting from. Seems crazy to me to take advantage of the ones who got us through the pandemic so that they could get back to making money.

I paid for a trip. It was canceled due to Covid and I was promised a refund. I keep receiving long follow up emails as to why they have not refunded my money but their initial reason was because they didn’t have the money to refund their customers until they started taking trips again. Well they are taking trips and it’s 3 years later and no refund.
