One Hour Rooter and Ryan were fabulous. When it was decided that the drain needed jet wash to clear Ryan was called in. He assessed what was needed and went about the job quickly and professionally. After finishing and cleaning up it looked as clean as ever where he worked. A good company and a great representative. Thanks

One Hour rooter is a Nona fife scam. They came to our residence and performed services that were overpriced and mostly unnecessary given the problem we were experiencing. They wanted payment up front and asked for a credit card number. I naively gave them the card number and quickly found that they immediately charged my card for services uncompleted and I unnecessary according to several companies I subsequently checked with. I am disabled and in a wheelchair so I could not observe their work. I feel preyed upon and violated by this company.

Made an appointment and told them specifically what I needed done. Down to the pipe size and condition of the toilet. Was given a 4 hour window which required me taking time off of work. Showed up to do an inspection 5 minutes to the end of the window and wasn't able to perform the requested task. Gave a quote to come back the next day for an additional service and was told i had to pay in full for a preschuled service. Paid for future service. Again a 4 hour block. Time frame was altered. Then received a call that they wouldn't be able to make it for the scheduled day. Would be able to 3 days later. Was told that a supervisor would contact me when I requested a refund. No contact made

On Dec 13,2021 I called MSP for a backed-up toilet. MSP sent out One Hour Rooter Ray Jones showed up flushed the toilet and sat down on the floor smelt strongly of Marijuana and said you need a hydro jetting done. The price started at $7700 then $4500 Then $3020 then $1425 with a $1600 dollar MSP discount. The time block was 8-12pm he showed at 1pm. As we explained who has that kind of money, he said we could get by with hydro jetting the line then went on to say we would need a liner. my grandson let us use his card, but we had to go to his work to get it. My daughter went for the card my husband and I stayed home, and Ray went to his truck to wait. When my daughter arrived, he took all info in his truck as she noticed he was smoking Marijuana in the driveway and my neighbor noticed this as well he proceeded to tell her a big truck will be here in a couple hours. the small truck showed up at 4pm the person doing the work said he felt nothing in the line and left. On Dec 29th MSP came out to check our water heater and we explained this to him he was confused how a backed-up toilet went right to hydro jetting and we should call MSP. On Jan 3rd the toilet started gurgling again so MSP sent One Hour Rooter back out the kid snaked the toilet and said hydro jetting didn't need to be done. This company needs to be put out of business and Ray Jones isn't a plumber Hes a sales rep, general manager, and anything else he wants to be. Asked him several times to speak to upper management and he refused. After a huge fight with Ray, we finally got our money back. Please beware this is a company that's out for your money and to scam you read their reviews this speaks volume all by itself. This doesn't say much for any reputable business to contract with them as well. I have also told Ray I didn't want to hear from him, and he kept calling. Last time was I'll give you $300, and I was notified we were on a recorded line, so I told him we needed to put on record the Marijuana he was smoking in my driveway and the price went to $1300 of the $1425 we paid I then asked for a receipt for the $125, I was given a full credit. funny how that played out. THIS IS NO REPUTABLE BUSINESS! Please read reviews before you get taken!

So, we had a problem with our sewer and these guys came to fix it. The first plumber couldn't fix it with the drain screw, so he suggested their Hydro-jet power flush service. They said it would come with a 2 year warranty, but when we got the warranty, it was only for one year. I asked them to fix it, but they only changed part of the service. I asked them two more times to fix it, but they didn't do anything.

They was supposed to put in a new floor drain in my basement and cable my bathroom sink for $1184, but they didn't do the bathroom 'cause they said my pipes was too old and needed replacing. So I agreed to spend $750 for that job the next day. But then I did some research and found out they charge way too much, so I cancelled the appointment (twice, just to be sure). But then, after I did some laundry, the new drain backed up and flooded my basement with 6 feet of water! And to make matters worse, I found out they charged me an extra $825 on my Visa! They didn't even do any work and there was no invoice, and they didn't even show up the second time! That's straight-up theft! Can someone help me get my money back?

I hired One Hour Rooter & Plumbing, LLC for a plumbing emergency. They said they would clean the main drain, check it with a camera, remove roots, and give me a warranty. I paid upfront, but didn't get a receipt or warranty. The guy who came didn't have a camera and didn't remove the roots. When I called back, the person I spoke to said they only "offered" those things, but they weren't part of the $1250 drain service. Two months later, the drain clogged again and I had to pay another company over $2000 to fix it. It's frustrating that I had to pay twice for something that should have been done right the first time.

This company ain't no good. I called 'em to fix my sewer, but they rescheduled for 3 days later and tried to sell me some fancy hydrojet thing. They said it was better and had a warranty, but they never even brought the camera they promised. I had to call 'em back a week later to do the job they were supposed to do in the first place. They told me I needed a sleeve liner for $5200, but I cancelled and got another company to bring a camera. They said the restock fee was 10%, but then they charged me 30% ($1900). I want 'em to give me back $625. They need to keep their promises and do what they say they'll do.

Me and my buddy tried to fix my sewer line, but we didn't have the right stuff. I called One Hour Rooter by mistake and they said they could come at 4pm. But they didn't show up until 7pm and then they charged me $1600 to hydro-jet my line. But then my basement drain and toilet didn't work right. I called them twice and they didn't answer. So I hired Roto-Rooter and they said the other guys messed up my line. When One Hour Rooter called me back, I told them I hired someone else and wanted my money back. They said they would take care of it, but they didn't. I sent them an email and they said they tried to call me, but they didn't. Still no refund.

I called One Hour Rooter & Plumbing 'cause our sewer was backed up on Wed. 2/19. Mr. came and said we needed a new sewer line 'cause there was a crack. He did a Hydro Jet process to fix the backup. I didn't know I was signing a contract. On Thurs. 2/20, I called the office for references and to see the camera footage. On 2/21, I asked why I was billed $6,539 for work that wasn't done. On Sat. 2/22, another company showed us the camera footage and said there were no cracks. Mr. said we'd only be billed for Hydro Jetting. On Mon. 24, he said it'd be $750 with a 6 month warranty. But now I got a bill for $1,589. I called on Wed. 3/4, but haven't heard back from Mr. as of Mon. 3/9.

I had a big problem with my basement drain on 5/7. I called my friend and she told me to call One Hour Rooter. Ray came and said I needed a hydrojet and bio-clean treatment. It seemed weird, but he said it was the only way to remove the roots. I paid $1839.00. Later that day, someone came and did the hydro flush in 30 minutes. It had a 2 year warranty on the clean and 14 day warranty on the bio-clean. On 2/08, I saw standing water in my basement after laundry. I called another company, but then realized it was under warranty. I called One Hour Rooter and scheduled an appointment for 02/12. A new technician came and said it wasn't fully cleaned in May and there were still many root ***. He was shocked at the price and said the bio-clean wasn't worth it. On 2/16, I paid $175 for a contractor to check the work and there was still a big root ball. The contractor said hydroflush is not good for root *** and companies just want to sell more. I feel like I was taken advantage of and won't trust One Hour Rooter again.
